Megamind Revew

Megamind Review:
I never got to see the movie Megamind at the theater so I rented it and this is my review/running commentary on the movie.

Running Commentary -
Like the Superman parallel at the beginning of this movie with the twist of there being two of them.
Megamind grew up in a prison and Metro Man in a mansion.
These two have a rivalry similar to Raven and Tommy Dreamer.
I'm rooting for Megamind. Metro Man is such a yuppie douche. Megamind is the face here.
This cameraman guy is annoying.
Metro Man is such a kiss ass. I HATE this character.
Megamind is like Dr. Evil from Austin Powers meats the Brainiac from Marvel Comics.
The reporter is openly mocking both of them now, lol.
AWESOME scene where Megamin'd sun death ray blows up Metro Man and the fake observatory.
Megamind is a bumbling villain and now he's an evil overlord.
I like this scenario where Megamind is bored without having a hero to fight.
Megamind now is trying to make a new hero to fight because he's bored.
Now Megamind's hero gun accidentally hit the camerman of Roxanne.
He's a giant steroid creature now.
LOVE the Donkey Kong hero training scene.
Megamind and Titan are in love with Roxanne.
Titan tries to pick up Roxanne and she rejects him and this pisses him off. This movie is getting good.
Roxanne rejects Megamind when she finds out she was actually dating him.
Megamind reveals he was lying to Titan and Titan now is fighting him.
Titan tries to kill Megamind but Megamind is saved by his brainbots.
Copper doesn't kill Titan like it did to Metro Man.
Titan is the new overlord now.
METRO MAN IS ALIVE?! Huh.
Titan is now destroying the city.
Metro Man explains why he decided to fake his death. This is really good.
Metro Man is now a horrible singer named Music Man, lol.
Roxanne is pissed and thinks he left the city in the hands of an idiot aka Megamind, lol.
Roxanne wants Megamind to get some ray guns and save the day but he sulks off instead.
Titan captures Roxanne and challenges Megamind.
Megamind says he's sorry and the disguised Minion lets him out to fight Titan.
Megamind saves Roxanne from Titan.
Now Titan and Megamind are having their rematch.
Titan seemingly kills Megamind but Roxanne is saved by Metro Man.
Titan runs like a coward from Metro Man while Roxanne goes over to check on Megamind.
MEGAMIND IS DISGUISED AS METRO MAN! Nice swerve there.
Titan is scared off and speeds away.
Titan shows back up and beats up Megamind for tricking him.
Megamind finds his invisible car and the ray gun.
Titan goes to kill Roxanne but Megamind shows up to zap him with the gun he created him with.
Megamind is now the hero of Metro City.
Everyone loves him now and he's dating Roxanne.

Overall:
I'll give it 4 out of 5 stars. Honestly I was expected a lot worse but this movie surprised me. The storyline of the villain becoming depressed after FINALLY defeating the hero only to become the hero himself was very creative. I liked that. The characters weren't annoying except for maybe Titan and Minion a few times but they weren't too bad. This movie was good and I'll recommend it.
