Sting Squashes Jeff Hardy at Victory Road

Sting Squashes Jeff Hardy at Victory Road:
Alright I was reading through the review of TNA's Victory Road 2011 event on the Wrestling Observer website when I came across the synopsis of the main event. What I read was that it was a squash that lasted less than two minutes long. Now I was thinking to myself: Why? Why did that happen? Was Sting too old? Then a few minutes later an update on it was posted and it turns out it was because of the man in the picture - Jeff Hardy. Jeff showed up at the show drugged out of his mind and could barely perform. To be honest at first I was mad about WWE wanting to let go of him but now I am behind them 100%. Hardy got caught selling drugs right after he left there and probably didn't want to do rehab. TNA picks him up and makes him world champion. What happens? EVEN MORE drug usage as well as online Youtube rants with his equally insane brother Matt that are on a level just below Charlie Sheen on the Varga Crazy Index. This is sad and pathetic. If I was running TNA I'd fire his ass right on the spot after the match was over. Here's video of Jeff's stumbling entrance and his "match" with Sting. This is the nadir of TNA, folks and you have a drug addict with face paint on to blame for it.

  1. This reminds me of the time I saw the Sandman at an indy show a few years ago, and he was so drunk that he forgot his kendo stick, and then could barely get through the match. His opponent was furious, and they never brought him back.

  2. This was probably worse than that because thousands...well maybe a thousand people paid to see this garbage, lol.
