WWE Money in the Bank 2010 Review

-Good opening video, not great but good.

-Smackdown Money in the Bank Ladder Match:

There are ladders all over the stage set and all around the ring. Participants are Kofi Kingston, Dolph Ziggler, Christian, Cody Rhodes, Matt Hardy, Drew McIntyre, Kane, and Big Show. Crowd is into Christian and Show the most. Everyone goes after Show and Kane. They quickly clear the ring. Show tries to climb the ladder but breaks two of the rungs. Show dominating. Show throws the ladder down onto Kane. Everyone gangs up on Show. Show whipped into the steps. Drew slingshots Christian into a ladder. Matt uses a ladder as a weapon. Dolph almost gets the briefcase but Christian stops him. Hip toss off the ladder by Christian. Christian and Matt in control. Ladder sandwich to Kane. Ladder fight with Christian and Matt. Christian pushed off the ladder onto Show on the floor. Everyone doing their big moves to Kane. Drew posts Cody and Matt. Kane pulls apart the announce table. Baseball slide by Kofi sends a ladder into Kane. Kofi kicks Drew onto the announce table. Boom Drop off a ladder by Kofi to Drew that sends thrm through the announce table. Chokeslam by Show. Ladder avalanche by Show. Ladder clothesline by Christian and Matt to Show. Ladder splash by Show squashes Matt and Christian. Show gets out his GIANT ladder. Show having trouble pulling it into the ring. Show finally pulls it into the ring. Cody using a step ladder as a weapon. Electric chair drop by Cody. DDT by Kofi. Missile dropkick by Cody. Cross Rhodes by Cody to Kofi on a ladder. Zig Zag into a ladder. Kane pushes over the big ladder and Show out to the floor. Everyone covering Show with ladders and making sure he cannot get up. Everyone trying to climb up the massive ladder at the same time. Dolph runs up and climbs over Kane. Sleeper Hold by Dolph. Kane pushes Dolph over the top rope and onto the ladders covering show. Kane chokeslams Kofi onto the ladders. Kane rams Cody into the money truck. Powerbomb off the ladder by Matt and Christian. Matt and Christian fall off the ladder. Kane chokeslams Drew off the ladder. Kane gets the briefcase and wins the match. This was really good. Long match too. At least 25 minutes long. I liked it a lot.

-Sheamus backstage. Says he's not stupid, decided to help Cena on RAW because Nexus is against everyone, and he only helped Cena so he doesn't have an excuse. Says Cena is worthless, his jokes make him hate Cena, and he's a bigger threat than Nexus.

-Divas Championship, Alicia Fox vs. Eve Torres:

Chain wrestling at the start. Back and forth action. Eve rammed into the apron. Fox in control. Tilt-a-whirl backbreaker by Fox. Crossbody by Eve. Comeback by Eve. Standing Moonsault by Eve. Knees to the back by Fox. Axe Kick by Fox wins it. Bad match.

-Jack Swagger backstage on his phone. He's talking to his mom about his dad getting chokeslammed by Kane, says his dad got what he deserved for taking his spotlight, and says his dad would do the same for him.

-Unified Tag Team Championship, Hart Dynasty vs. The Usos:

Starts off with chain wrestling. Powerslam by Smith. Headscissors by Kidd. Usos in control. Corner butt smash by Jay Uso. Powerslam by Smith. Headbutt by Jimmy. Kidd on the rampage. Double team Samoan Drop by Usos. Kidd counters the top rope splash. Tamina on the apron but Natalya grabs her and slams her on the floor. Plancha to Jay on the floor by Kidd. Sharpshooter by Smith wins it. Ok, nothing too special.

-World Heavyweight Championship, Rey Mysterio vs. Jack Swagger:

Great pre-match hype video. Story is Swagger hurt Rey's ankle the week before but Rey is on a mission to keep his belt. Swagger going for the ankle earlier. Rey fighting off Swagger with kicks. Running powerslam into the corner by Swagger. Seated senton to the floor off the top rope by Rey. Belly to Belly Throw off the middle rope by Swagger. Rey rammed into the announce table. Slam throw down by Swagger. Swagger in control. Comeback by Rey. Split legged moonsault by Rey. Wheelbarrow Suplex by Swagger. Gutwrench Powerbomb by Swagger. Top rope DDT counter by Rey. 619 by Rey. Ankle Lock by Swagger. Corner splashes by Swagger. Rey unties his boot. Swagger goes for the ankle lock again but the boot comes off. Frankensteiner into a pin by Rey wins it. post-match sneak attack by Swagger. He puts Rey in the Ankle Lock. Kane runs out and saves Rey. He beats up Swagger on the floor and up the rampway. Kane is on the rampage. He fights Swagger to the back. Rey finally celebrates. This was good.

-World Heavyweight Championship, Rey Mysterio vs. Kane:

Fire and Kane's music plays. He comes back out to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase. AWESOME SWERVE ANGLE! Kane stalking Rey. Kane going right after the ankle. Chokeslam by Kane. Tombstone by Kane wins it. Crowd was into this. Really glad to see Kane as a World Champion again.

-Edge and Chris Jericho backstage. They try to psyche each other out before the Money in the Bank ladder match later in the show.

-Divas Championship, Layla vs. Kelly Kelly:

Thesz Press and head slams by Kelly. Kelly on the rampage. Layla uses the apron to trap Kelly and go for cheapshots. Baseball slide sends Kelly onto McCool. Kelly whipped into the barricade. Cheapshots by McCool. Kelly on the rampage again. Fame Asser by Kelly. Kelly and Tiffany knock down McCool. Roll up by Layla wins it. Sucky match featuring lots of Kelly anger.

-RAW Money in the Bank Ladder Match:

Participants are Randy Orton, The Miz, Mark Henry, Ted DiBiase, John Morrison, Chris Jericho, Evan Bourne, and Edge. Crowd into Orton, Morrison, Jericho, and Edge. Edge comes out and brings a ladder into the ring. He then leaves it and exits the ring. Everyone fights over it. Henry dominating. Everyone brawling. Morrison slammed onto the ladder. Ladder kicked into DiBiase's face. Jericho and Miz fighting. Henry throws a ladder into Miz and Jericho. Jericho rams a ladder into Henry's face. Leaping kick by Bourne. Hurricanrana by Bourne. Ladder hung DDT by Orton. Flash kick by Morrison. Miz and DiBiase form a team. Miz flapjacked into a ladder and then DiBiase drop toe hold into the ladder by Morrison. Henry pushes over two ladders and knocks down Orton, Edge, Jericho, and Morrison. Leaping ladder springboard kick by Bourne. Everyone is down now. Maryse checks on DiBiase. She then climbs into the ring and she climbs up a ladder to get the briefcase for DiBiase. Morrison grabs her and sets her down. This allows DiBiase to attack from behind. DiBiase accidentally runs into a ladder. DiBiase thrown into the barricade. Miz slams a ladder into Morrison on the floor. Morrison rammed into the barricade. Slingshot into a ladder but Morrison grabs it, kicks over Miz, and then uses another ladder to leap onto the ladder Edge is climbing. Morrison caught in the middle of the ladder. Edge and Miz ram a ladder into his midsection repeatedly. Edge then pushes it over with Morrison still inside. DiBiase using a ladder on Edge. World's Strongest Slam by Henry. Miz slammed onto Jericho who has a ladder on his chest. Henry climbing with Bourne on his back. Edge and Orton break it up. World's Strongest Slam on the floor to Bourne. Everyone hits their big moves on the floor to Henry. Everyone going for the briefcase. DiBiase using a ladder as a bridge. He gets pushed over with the ladder to the floor by Orton and Edge. RKO by Orton. Morrison and Jericho fight on the ladder. RKO by Orton but an Air Bourne to him by Bourne. Jericho is stuck on the ladder. Bourne has it but can't get it unhooked but Jericho stops him. Jericho and Edge fight over the briefcase. RKO by Orton to Jericho. Edge pulled off the ladder and into another ladder that is opened up. Orton going for the briefcase. Miz pushes the ladder over and Orton out to the floor. Miz gets the briefcase and wins it. Miz gets a mic says he made it by winning this match, he made believers out of everyone, and says he won because he is awesome. This was very good too but the Smackdown ladder match was the better of the two.

-Steel Cage match for the WWE Championship, Sheamus vs. John Cena:

Great video setting up the match. Like how Sheamus is looking over the cage before going in. Sheamus in control early. Cena thrown into the cage. Cena with a flurry of offense. Sheamus rubs Cena's face across the cage. Fisherman's Suplex by Cena. Fistfight in the ring. Sheamus in control. Sheamus tries to escape the cage. Superplex by Cena. DDT by Sheamus. Celtic Hammer by Sheamus. Sheamus back in control. Sleeper Hold by Sheamus. Cena climbing up the cage with Sheamus on his back. Sheamus tries to escape but Cena stops him. Both men down. Comeback by Cena. Five Knuckle Shuffle by Sheamus. Sheamus and Cena fighting on the top rope. Cena misses a top rope Five Knuckle Shuffle. Sheamus ties Cena in the ropes and beats him up. Sheamus tries to escape but Cena stops him. Top rope bulldog by Cena. Irish Curse backbreaker by Sheamus. Brogue Kick by Sheamus. Attitude Adjustment by Cena. Nexus out now. Michael Tarver has bolt cutters. A ref takes them and they then stalk the ref. The ref throws the keys into the crowd. Sheamus pushed into the ref in the cage. STF by Cena. Cena tries to escape but Gabriel climbs up onto the cage. Cena throws Gabriel off the top into the ring. On the other side Sheamus climbs to the top, knocks over Slater, and makes it to the floor. Sheamus escapes into the crowd before the Nexus can get him. Cena is furious. He grabs Young and throws him into the cage. Running clothesline by Cena to Tarver. Cena grabs the steps and rams them into Tarver. He then grabs Tarver's Nexus armband and throws it down. Cena storms out to end the show.

-Overall a solid pay-per-view that didn't really have any bad matches other than the divas matches.
